William Buonopane Obituary

Buonopane, William James, of Lynn, formerly of Saugus and East Boston, passed away on February 17, 2024.

Loving son of the late Angelo and Nancy (Rosa) Buonopane.

Devoted father of Lynne Ann Tosi and husband Richard of Wakefield, Stephanie Hawker and husband Rob of Lynn, Heather Buonopane and husband Jon Chastang of Saugus, and the late Karen Buonopane.

Adored grandfather of Tori Tosi, Richie Tosi, Amanda Buonopane, and the late Nicole Tosi.

Also survived by his many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

William was a United States Army veteran during the Vietnam War. He was a past member of the N.E. Teamsters. He was an avid horseman and loved to watch the races.
