Molly Shine Obituary

Molly Shine, of Plymouth, passed away tragically on September 7th at the age of 30.

Beloved daughter of Linda Shine and Timothy Shine and his wife Hillary.

Loving sister of Daniel Shine and his wife Danica and Kelsey Silverman and her husband Drew.

Adored granddaughter of Matthew Shine and the late Patricia and Joyce Moreau and the late Eddie.

Cherished aunt of Connor Shine.

Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Family and friends will honor Molly's life by gathering for a celebration of life at Davio's - Seaport 26 Fan Pier Boulevard Boston, MA 02210 on Monday September 19th from 4:30PM to 7:30PM.

Molly embodied the love and laughter of life.  Molly’s devotion to family and friends was unmatched. She cherished her time with family on the beaches of Plymouth and in the mountains of Vermont. Some of her greatest loves were her dog Rainer (and all four-legged friends), and her new nephew, Connor. Molly was driven to succeed and pushed herself in everything she pursued.  She ran the Boston Marathon twice, skied Mount Hood, went sky diving, coached youth lacrosse and gave her best ideas and efforts every day in her work.  Molly valued her friends and as many would say ‘was the life of the party’, and could light up any room, with a dirty martini and oyster in hand.  We will miss our precious Molly but we take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace and her generous spirit will live on.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention  ATTN: Michael Swyer 199 Water Street, 11th Floor New York, NY 10038.
