Santoro, John, of East Boston, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 28, 2023.
Beloved husband of the late Bertha (McDonough) Santoro.
Devoted father of John Santoro and wife Lisa of Salem, New Hampshire.
Dear brother of the late Christie, Anna, Emily, and Rose.
Cherished grandfather of Jeffrey and Jillian.
Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will honor John's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston, on Thursday, June 1st from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. A graveside service will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden, on Friday, June 2nd at 12:00 Noontime. Please meet directly at cemetery gate off of Broadway "Route 99."
John proudly served in the United States Army in World War II. He was also an employee of the Museum of Science in Boston for 20 years. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace.
