Joao DePina Obituary

Joao D. DePina, of Dorchester, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 5, 2022.

Devoted father of Antonio DePina, Maria Julia DePina, Manuel A. DePina, Patricia Gomes DePina, Joao Cardoso DePina, and Laura C. Gibau.

Dear brother of Clarinda DePina, Ilda DePina, Zaza DePina, Tchica DePina, Claris DePina, Maria DePina, and Antero DePina.

Former husband of Eluira Nunes and Isura Cardoso.

Also survived by his loving 7 grandchildren.

Family and friends will honor Joao's life by gathering at the St. Patrick's Church, 10 Magazine Street, Roxbury, Mass, 02119, on Friday, September 9th from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. A funeral Mass will be held in Church at 11:00 A.M. Services will conclude with Joao being laid to rest at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. May he rest in peace.

A collation will be held after the services at 413R Bowdoin Street, Dorchester, MA 02122.
