James Patsy Rosa Sr.

James Patsy Rosa Sr, beloved resident of Stoneham, formerly of East Boston, passed away on January 19th, 2024, at the age of 78. He was born on December 10, 1945, and leaves behind a legacy of love, sacrifice, and service.

James is survived by his devoted son, James P. Rosa Jr., and his wife Jackie of Woburn, and his loving daughter, Rachel DeDominicis of Danvers. He was a cherished grandfather to Sydney, Sean, Hunter, and Mason. James was a dear brother to Joseph and Frank Rosa. His memory will also be carried on by his companion, Diane Glionna, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.

James proudly served in the United States Army National Guard during the Vietnam war.

Family and friends will honor James's life at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, located at 971 Saratoga St. East Boston, on Wednesday, January 31st, from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM before leaving in procession to St. John the Evangelist Church/ St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Winthrop for a funeral mass at 11:00 AM. All other services are private.
