Francesca "Franca" Giubilo

Francesca "Franca" Giubilo of East Boston, formerly of Sicily, Italy entered into eternal rest on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at the age of 87.

She is the dear daughter of the late Giovanni and the late Domenica (Poli) Giubilo. Francesca was predeceased by seven of her loving siblings, Giuseppe, Tommaso, Pasquale, Umberto, Concetta, Suor Maria and Anna.

She is survived by her loving sister Giovanna (Giubilo) Nizza of East Boston and many cousins in the USA and Italy. 

"Zia" Franca will be missed by her many cherished nieces and nephews as well as grandnieces and grandnephews who were her pride and joy.

Donations can be made in Francesca's memory to her beloved parish of St. Joseph- St. Lazarus, 59 Ashley Street, East Boston, MA 02128. 

She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Joseph- St. Lazarus Church, as well as a longtime member of Mt. Carmel Society. 

Family and friends will honor Francesca's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, East Boston on Tuesday, April 19th from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM before leaving in procession to St. Joseph- St. Lazarus Church, East Boston, for a funeral mass at 12:00 PM. Services will conclude with Francesca being laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
