Fernando Antonio Ruiz Melara, of Chelsea, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022.
Family and friends will honor Fernando's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston, on Saturday, October 29th from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. Fernando will be laid to rest in his home land, El Salvador, at a later date.
