Domenic "Butchie" Tosto

Tosto, Domenic "Butchie", of East Boston, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.

Loving son of the late John and Lena (Saggese) Tosto.

Beloved husband of over 59 years to Joanne (Puopolo) Tosto.

Devoted father of John Tosto of East Boston, Leanne Kuykendall and husband Gordan of Alaska, and the late Tracey Tosto.

Dear brother of the late Marie Blackett, Adele Lowe, and Joann Sharpe.

Cherished grandfather of Danielle, Jonathan, and Ryan Tosto, Dominque Johnson and husband Connor, and great-grandfather of Harrison Romine.

Adored brother in law of Doris Puopolo.

Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will honor Butchie's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street, (Orient Heights) East Boston, on Thursday, November 16th from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. and again on Friday morning at 8:30 before leaving in procession to Saint John the Evangelist - Saint Michael the Archangel Church, Winthrop, for a funeral Mass celebrating Butchie's life at 10:00 A.M. Committal services will be private.
